War crimes committed by Russians in Ukraine will not go unpunished

The French President stressed that Ukraine must continue to maintain the ability to resist armed Russian aggression.

French President Emmanuel Macron notes that the Russian army must know that the war crimes committed by it in Ukraine will not go unpunished.

Macron wrote about this in Ukrainian on the social network Facebook.

“Ukraine, which resists armed Russian aggression, must continue to maintain this ability,” Macron said.

In this regard, the French President noted that he assured President Volodymyr Zelensky that France would continue to support Ukraine.

“The Russian army must know that war crimes committed in Ukraine will not go unpunished. A team of French experts is already providing qualified assistance on the spot, and we donated a mobile laboratory for DNA analysis to Ukraine,” Macron said.

He also added that the dispatch of a ship with Ukrainian bread from the Odessa port today is good news.

“The Europeans will work to increase export traffic by land and river routes,” the French president said.

As UNIAN reported, today at the reported that during a telephone conversation, Macron and Zelensky discussed macro-financial support for Ukraine, increasing Ukrainian grain exports, expanding the anti-war coalition, and the like.
