Two apartment buildings were overhauled in Nizhny Tagil

Overhaul of two apartment buildings completed in Nizhny Tagil. Three more will be upgraded by the end of 2022.

In a five-story building on Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya Street, 21, the roof was repaired, and the attic floor was insulated. In the house at Ordzhonikidze, 22, the roof was also restored, the facade and basement were updated, and the heating system was replaced.

The department of housing and communal services of the city administration said that the overhaul continues at three more sites. Engineering heating systems were replaced in all houses in the summer. The apartments already have heating.

The contractor will complete the rest of the work by the end of 2022. In building No. 74 on Gazetnaya Street, builders are now restoring the sewerage, electricity and water supply systems. The work on renovation of the common property of the building at 83, Karla Marksa Street has almost been completed. The renovation of the basements in the four-story building at 21, Vagonostroiteley Avenue, continues.

The overhaul is carried out according to the regional program. The contract was concluded with ZAO Stroykompleks. The contract value is 101.5 million rubles.

Earlier in Nizhny Tagil, it was discussed that the housing stock in 2023 could be left without funds for a major overhaul. Increasingly, the owners of multi-storey buildings are switching to a special account, which is why the common boiler “sank” and went into the red.
