The Taliban* imposed restrictions on movement at night

Due to the increase in the number of attacks by the forces of the National Resistance Front in Kapisa, the Taliban (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation) have imposed a curfew in parts of the province. Sources told the 8 Sobh newspaper that the Taliban (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation) forbade residents of the Kohistan Heza Awai district to go out at night.

According to sources, the decision was made after a visit to the province by a delegation from the Taliban Defense Ministry (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation).

Sources cite the Taliban as saying that locals should use hand-held torches when leaving their homes.

The Taliban also asked local residents to provide two people from each village to accompany the Taliban on night patrols.
