The Human Rights Council named the categories of citizens who will not be called up for partial mobilization

As part of partial mobilization will not call for limited fit for service. About it told RIA Novosti Executive Secretary of the Presidential Human Rights Council Alexander Tochenov.

Fitness category “B” – limited fit for military service – means exemption from conscription: the conscript is enlisted in the reserve of the Armed Forces and he is issued a military ID. In addition, a member of the HRC, Kirill Kabanov, said that Russians with a registered certificate would also not be mobilized now. This category is called upon only with full mobilization, he stressed.

A registration certificate is a certificate that is issued to young people subject to conscription after passing the commission. It is replaced by a military ID after serving, being released for health reasons, or upon reaching 27 years of age.

First of all, soldiers, foremen and warrant officers up to 35 years old, as well as junior officers up to 45 years old are subject to partial mobilization. Andrey Kartapolov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense, told journalists about this to the agency.
