Tagansky court exacted more than half a million from Garik Sukachev for debts on housing and communal services

A lawsuit against the musician was filed by the Art House HOA, which maintains the house where his apartment is located, back in the summer.

The partnership filed a lawsuit against Garik Sukachev due to the fact that he did not pay for housing and communal services for more than three years. The debt has accumulated rather big – almost 515 thousand rubles. In the documents filed with the court, the HOA also demanded to recover from the musician a penalty in the amount of 179 thousand rubles.

Today, the Tagansky court partially satisfied the claim. “The court … ruled to recover from Sukachev the debt for payment of housing and communal services in the amount of 514 thousand rubles, penalties in the amount of 15 thousand rubles and court costs in the amount of 8.5 thousand rubles,” quotes agency “Moscow” press secretary of the court Zulfiya Gurinchuk.

How noted publication “MK”, ​​the musician did not come to the preliminary meeting, which took place on August 25 and took only a few minutes. There were also no representatives of Sukachev. Then it became known that the parties were preparing for reconciliation, because the musician was ready to pay off his debts. This was stated by a lawyer who represents the interests of the HOA.
