Sverdlovsk regional court did not change the sentence of the ex-head of the “Titanium Valley”

The verdict to the former CEO of Titanium Valley Artemy Kyzlasov and the former Deputy Minister of Economy of the Sverdlovsk Region Mikhail Shilimanov came into force. On June 15, the regional court considered the appeals of both citizens, their lawyers and the prosecutor’s appeal, the court’s press service reports.

The verdict on July 9 was issued by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Yekaterinburg. Kyzlasov was sentenced to 10 years in a strict regime colony with a fine of 13 million rubles, which is the amount of a one-time bribe. And Shilimanov was sentenced to nine years with a fine of 13 million.

As reported IA REGNUM, Kyzlasov was accused of taking a bribe from one of the businessmen. And Shilimanov was charged with assisting in the transfer of a bribe.
