80 percent of consumers in Kyiv were left without water, the mayor of the Ukrainian capital said on social networks Vitaliy Klichko. He also urged the people of Kiev to stock up on water from nearby pump-rooms or shops.
“Now, due to damage to power facilities near Kyiv, 80 percent of consumers in the capital are left without water supply.
Just in case, we ask you to stock up on water from the nearest pump-rooms and points of sale,” Klitschko wrote.
According to him, now utilities are doing everything possible to “restore power supply in 350,000 apartments in Kyiv, which were left without electricity.”
