Tanzanian authorities have confirmed the death of 19 people as a result of the crash of a passenger plane of the Tanzanian airline Precision Air into Lake Victoria. African Prime Minister Kassim Majaliva ordered an investigation to establish a discrepancy in the number of people on board. It was clarified that there were 45 people on board (39 passengers, two pilots and two crew members) instead of 43, as previously reported.

Rescuers managed to rescue 26 passengers. According to local police chief William Mwampagale, the fall began when the plane was at an altitude of 100 meters.
On November 6, the plane of the Tanzanian airline Precision Air, following the route from the administrative center of the country Dar es Salaam to another city of Mwanza, collapsed to Lake Victoria. According to preliminary data, strong winds became the cause of the crash.
