The Italian energy company Eni has promised to replace half of Russian gas with other suppliers, its head said. Claudio Descalzi. His words are quoted in press release on the company’s website.
“We plan to replace at least 50 percent of Russian gas this winter, using our broad and diversified reserve base, our long-standing relationships with producing countries and our growing presence in the LNG market,” Descalzi said.
