Russian air defense systems destroyed two Ukrainian Su-25s and five Tochka-Us

Two Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft, five drones and five Tochka-U tactical missiles were destroyed by Russian air defense systems in a day during a special operation. About it official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov announced on June 24 at a briefing.

He clarified that the Su-25 planes were shot down near the settlements of Dolgenkoe in the Kharkov region and Vysokopolie in the Nikolaev region.

Five unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down near Popasnaya and Kapitanovo in the LPR, Verbovka and Donetsk in the Kharkiv region. Five Tochka-U tactical missiles were intercepted in the areas of the settlements of Stakhanov, Luhansk (LPR) and Izyum (Kharkiv region).
