The Kremlin does not have information about Germany’s intentions to nationalize Nord Stream 2. This was announced to journalists on June 24 by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
“Let’s not engage in such hypothetical reasoning. Probably, if there are such actions, then, of course, it will be a job for lawyers to give a legal assessment of such actions, if they are really being discussed. But, again, without knowing the essence of what is happening, it would be wrong to say something, ”Peskov said.
“We don’t have any official statements yet — nothing. With all due respect, but the publications of Spiegel cannot serve as a basis for any statements, ”he stressed.
