One in three businesses in Australia face a shortage of staff

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, nearly a third of businesses in Australia have difficulty finding the right staff. This was announced on June 23 by the TV channel Nine

The department’s report says that the biggest problem is the lack of applicants for vacancies. The second most frequently mentioned is the problem of finding personnel with sufficient competencies.

“Large and medium-sized enterprises (66% and 62%) were more likely than small enterprises (29%) to have difficulty finding suitable staff.
