PJSC KamAZ consolidated 100% to lei of Russian located in Naberezhnye Chelny co joint venture with the German concern ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
Information in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, according to which all 100% of TsF Kama LLC was transferred to the Russian automaker on November 9, was noticed by the Interfax agency.
Previously, the ZF concern owned a 51% stake in an enterprise established in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2005; 49% were from KamAZ.
The terms of the deal have not been announced at this time.
ZF Kama LLC produces 9- and 16-speed manual transmissions Ecomid (9S1310 TO) and Ecosplit (16S1820 TO). The equipment is used to complete power units with power from 160 to 500 hp. In 2021, the company received a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund in the amount of 500 million rubles. for the localization of 12-speed automated transmissions of the Traxon series for vehicles with a carrying capacity of 44 to 80 tons.
According to the SPARK-Interfax system, the revenue of TsF Kama last year amounted to 7.2 billion rubles, net profit – 395 million rubles.
