1.5 billion rubles will be invested in the creation of a technopark in Zyuzin – Deputy Mayor of Moscow Yefimov (November 2, 2022)

A construction technopark with the support of the city will appear in the south-west of Moscow in the Zyuzino district, the site for the facility will be leased without bidding as part of a large-scale investment project. The investor will invest about 1.5 billion rubles in the implementation. This was announced by the Vice-Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“The investor will lease a plot in the south-west of the capital and build a construction technology park with an area of ​​24.7 thousand square meters there. This will create 200 jobs in the city. The volume of investments in the implementation of the project is estimated at 1.5 billion rubles,” said Vladimir Yefimov.

The enterprise will produce lightweight frames for volume-modular construction, and will also develop and apply additives to cements to increase the strength of materials. In addition, it is planned to create a research laboratory as part of the technopark.

“The enterprise will produce over 500 thousand square meters of products per year. The company plans to supply products to the regions of the country and export about 30 percent of the total volume of manufactured materials. As a result of the project implementation, the city budget will receive more than 75 million rubles annually,” said the head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department. Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The investor will be a research and production company that manufactures and sells construction patented technologies simkart (lightweight concrete slabs) and comfit (reinforcing bars) for residential premises.

“A plot of almost one hectare, which the city will allocate for the creation of a construction technopark, is located on Balaklavsky Prospekt, property 26. It will be leased for five years without bidding,” said the Moscow Government Minister, head of the city property department Maxim Gaman.
