Olya Polyakova said that now, during the war with Russia, many were forced to live with their mothers and grandmothers, which has not happened since the children grew up and began to live separately.

“It’s hard to live with my mom,” the singer admitted. She previously said that “her mother is a countess” and she was supposed to give birth to a “unique child”.
“In her head, she gave birth to me in Buckingham Palace and all her life she told me:“ Olya be a lady. ”I hated this phrase and I wasn’t going to be a lady. And my whole character was formed in opposition to this phrase. as I am,” Polyakova said.

She said that she and her mother always had a close relationship, but even when she praised her, she always added “but”.
Polyakova complained that when she filmed and shared a video on social networks, in which she told that the chair of the show “Voice” had been “waiting” for her for 10 years, her mother sent her a message congratulating her on her achievement, but noted that she had incorrectly stressed the word “waited.”
“I always wanted praise, without a “but,” admitted Polyakova and said that she still worked a little with a psychotherapist, discussing her childhood problems with him.
Olya Polyakova said that her mother is listed in the phone book as “Maman” and admitted that she does not always pick up the phone when she calls, because she calls too often and tries to control. And she herself calls it not control, but “attention and care.”
