Municipal heat supplier goes bankrupt in Tver region

The provider of housing and communal services, including heat, the municipal unitary enterprise of the Ostashkovsky urban district “Housing and Communal Services” filed a lawsuit for its own bankruptcy. The arbitration of the Tver region will begin consideration of the application on October 3, 2022, reports IA REGNUM.

The lawsuit went to court on June 17, 2022, and on June 22 it was accepted by the judge Romanova. A member of the association of self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers “Interregional Center of Experts and Professional Managers” is proposed as a manager for MUP.

The company is based in the city of Ostashkov and has been operating in the field of steam and hot water (thermal energy) transmission since April 2018. Head since 2021 — Oleg Shalaev, the founder is the administration of the city district. Over the years, MUP was the executor of more than 40 government contracts, in which schools were among the customers.
