“I have to be pragmatic: the number of deaths for the entire period of the war, since February 24, is 400 people … This is a fairly moderate figure relative to other regions or hot spots. We are not planning forced evacuation now,” Kim said.
As you know, twice during the night, Russian forces attacked front-line Nikolaev. At about one and four in the morning, the enemy fired on two districts of the city.
The Russian troops fired from Smerch multiple launch rocket systems and S-300 air defense systems. According to preliminary information, one of the districts was shelled by four Smerch MLRS rockets, the other by eight S-300 missiles. Under enemy fire was the building of one of the university dormitories.
