The government of the Lugansk People’s Republic will establish a fixed exchange rate of the Russian ruble against the hryvnia in the territory of the LPR. This is stated in a government decree published on June 24.
“When determining prices for goods and services, apply the rate of 1.50 Russian rubles for one Ukrainian hryvnia”, the document says.
It is clarified that when determining the price in Ukrainian hryvnia, it is necessary to “round up to whole units”.
As reported IA REGNUMby the end of 2022, the delayed effect of anti-Russian sanctions will manifest itself, and the ruble against the dollar and the euro will gradually begin to decline.
