“According to preliminary data from a survey of parents of schoolchildren, which is currently taking place in educational institutions, 70% of parents choose full-time education for their children from September 1. 20% of schoolchildren will be abroad as of September 1. Those who do not dare to send their children to school , have the opportunity to choose to study online or on an individual basis. To do this, it is enough to write a corresponding application at the school, “they informed.

The main focus this year will be on the safe stay of children and employees in educational institutions.

“An expert commission, which included representatives of the State Emergency Service and medical workers, checked all schools. 70% of educational institutions have shelters that are updated and repaired in accordance with the requirements. But even in these schools, only as many people as the shelter can accommodate at the same time. Then there are schools in which the shelter cannot accommodate all students with teachers, they will switch to two-shift education,” the report said.

The Kyiv City State Administration assured that those institutions where there is neither a shelter that meets all the requirements, nor a safe place near the school, where children can be quickly transferred in case of an air raid, will not be able to start full-time education at all.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to terms of the new academic year 2022-2023.
