According to Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, this task was set by the President of Ukraine, and the Verkhovna Rada adopted the relevant legislation.
“The government has developed all by-laws,” he assured.
On Thursday, August 4, at a conference call with the leaders of the regions, the head of government set the task of preparing everything necessary for privatization on the ground.
According to him, grant programs will work.
“Since small-scale privatization in villages and towns, where people know objects that have been standing for years and have been inefficiently used, will make it possible to buy these premises at a fair price and, thanks to grant programs, quickly start work,” he said.
