The editors of the Android Police portal presented a rating of the top Android smartphones released this year.

Expected first place got Ultra version of the Galaxy S22, which debuted in Ukraine in March. This model is designed for those who want maximum opportunities from a smartphone.

The authors write that the Galaxy S22 Ulta incorporates the best features of the flagship Note line, the hallmark of which was the branded S Pen styluses. Other highlights include a super-large 6.8-inch screen and premium build quality.

However, it was not without drawbacks: the smartphone comes without a charger in the kit, and its price in the US starts at $1200.

The disadvantages include the lack of a telephoto lens and a fingerprint sensor, which is noticeably inferior to competitors in terms of response speed.

Closes the top 3 and the category “Premium Gadget” is another Samsung device – Galaxy Z Fold3 – which, according to experts, is able to replace both a smartphone and a tablet. Separately, the high performance of the novelty is also noted, which is achieved thanks to the top Snapdragon 888 with 12 GB of RAM.

The top Android smartphones of 2022 according to Android Police also include the Google Pixel 6a, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 and Pixel 6 Pro, which took 4th, 5th and 6th places respectively.
