Children’s camp in St. Petersburg accepts the first group of schoolchildren from Mariupol

On June 23, the first group of schoolchildren from the sister city of Mariupol (Donetsk People’s Republic) arrives at the children’s recreation complex “Friendly” in the village of Molodezhnoye in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg. Today the first session of “Petersburg Holidays” for children from Donbass begins in the camp. In total, four shifts of two weeks each were organized for them in the Druzhny camp.

Upon arrival, doctors from St. Petersburg will conduct a comprehensive medical examination of children. A balanced six meals a day will be organized for them, and meals will not be repeated during the shift. There are 20 squads formed in the camp, each has its own color. Children will receive several types of uniforms – daily, for sports, as well as for ceremonial events. An excursion program awaits children from Mariupol, they will visit Peterhof, Kronstadt, museums, theaters and a circus.
