Russian experts discovered and raised to the surface the wreckage of the naval drones that attacked Sevastopol. Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and specialists from other departments conducted an examination, which made it possible to find out the route of the drones. This was reported in the Russian military department on Sunday, October 30.

How reported in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense, Canadian-made navigation modules were installed on unmanned aerial vehicles. The results of the restoration of the information read from the memory of the navigation receiver showed that the drones were launched from the coast near Odessa.

Further, sea drones moved along the security zone of the “grain corridor”. Then they changed their route and headed for the base of Russian ships in Sevastopol.

The coordinates of the movement of one of the vehicles also indicate the starting point in the water area of the “grain corridor” security zone. The Ministry of Defense notes: this may indicate a preliminary launch of a marine drone from aboard one of the civilian ships that were chartered by the Ukrainian side or Western countries for the export of agricultural products.

On October 29, Ukraine attacked ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships in Sevastopol with 16 air and sea drones. The sea minesweeper “Ivan Golubets” of the Black Sea Fleet received minor damage, as well as the barrier in Yuzhnaya Bay. As stated in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in planning drone attacks on Sevastopol experts from Great Britain took part.

Also, the Ministry of Defense reported that Russia is suspending its participation in the implementation of agreements on the export of agricultural products from Ukrainian ports. As emphasized in the department, the participation of the Russian Federation in the “grain deal” impossible after attacks Kyiv, together with British specialists on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships that are engaged in ensuring the security of the “grain corridor”.
