The Moscow Exchange plans to launch trading in the Kyrgyz som – Russian ruble (KGS-RUB) and Tajik somoni – Russian ruble (TJS-RUB) currency pairs from October 31. About it says in the press release of the marketplace.

It is noted that trading participants and their clients will have access to transactions on the spot market with settlements “today” and “tomorrow”, as well as overnight swaps. In particular, instruments with “today” settlements will be traded from 07:00 to 10:45, with “tomorrow” settlements – from 07:00 to 23:50 Moscow time, overnight transactions – from 07:00 to 11:00 Moscow time.

In addition, from October 31, the trading time for the currency pairs “Belarusian ruble – Russian ruble”, “Kazakh tenge – Russian ruble”, “dollar – Kazakhstani tenge”, “yuan – Russian ruble”, “dollar – yuan”, “Turkish lira” will increase. – Russian ruble”, “South African rand – Russian ruble” and “dollar – South African rand”. It is clarified that trading in instruments with “today” settlements and overnight currency swaps for these currency pairs will be held from 07:00 to 12:30 Moscow time.

Since October 3, the Moscow Exchange has suspended trading British pound in the foreign exchange market.

The Moscow Exchange operates the only multifunctional stock exchange in the Russian Federation for trading stocks, bonds, currencies, derivatives, money market instruments and commodities.
