In Odessa detained a Russian agent under the pseudonym “Professor”.

This was reported to UNIAN in press service Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, after February 24, the man was recruited by representatives of the FSB of the Russian Federation and helped in carrying out subversive activities against Ukraine. From his “curators” he received the pseudonym “Professor”.

“In order to fulfill the tasks assigned to him, he collected data on the locations of checkpoints, command posts, law enforcement agencies and special services, military industrial facilities that are deployed on the territory of the Odessa region, as well as information on the number and locations of missile strikes,” the report says. .

He transmitted the collected data to representatives of the Russian special services using one of the messengers.

In addition, the man was recruiting residents of the Odessa region for further cooperation with the special services of the Russian Federation.
