In the military registration and enlistment office of Nizhny Tagil and the Prigorodny district, on September 22, a meeting was held on the topic of mobilization.
The meeting was attended by the head of the military registration and enlistment office, Alexander Vostrilov, the head of the Gornouralsk district, Dmitry Letnikov, and the vice-mayor of Nizhny Tagil, Vyacheslav Goryachkin. The latter told Vse Novosti news agency that the working meeting was devoted to the implementation of the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the beginning of partial mobilization. However, the official has yet to divulge details.
“The order has been received, we are working. Information on the number of citizens subject to partial mobilization in Nizhny Tagil and the GGO is not subject to disclosure. We know our task – we are working,” military commissar Alexander Vostrilov told the Tagilcity portal.
On Wednesday, September 21, Vladimir Putin in a special televised address to the Russians announced about the beginning of partial mobilization in the country and the call for certain categories of citizens to participate in the military operation in Ukraine.
